Con Halloween celebrándose en un par de semanas, porque no comenzamos con un tema que todos podamos compartir. En mi caso siempre he amado las películas de terror, ya sean desde los viejos monstruos de universal en los años 30's hasta los thrillers en los 80's. En fin, en mi caso la primera película de terror que vi, fue A Nightmare on Elm Street. La pasaron en la tele y la vi en la noche con mi hermana, recuerdo muy bien haberme espantado con la idea de morir en mis sueños y la escena del "geiser de sangre" es una que jamás olvidaré. Creo que fue de ahí en adelante que comencé a ver películas de terror y coleccionarlas.
¿Cuál fue su primera película de terror y como es que recuerdan ese momento?

Siempre está entre RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD y DONNIE DARKO, esta ultima no tiene nada de terror pero encapsula magistralmente la atmosfera de esta fecha :evilbat:

Las que mas miedo me dieron cuando estaba chavito creo que fueron IT de Stephen King, las de Viernes 13, Pesadilla en la Calle del Infierno, Hellraiser y Candyman.
Y de las nuevas recomiendo: La Maldicion (The Grudge), Espejos Siniestros (Mirrors), Trick 'r Treat, The Midnight Meat Train (Esta ultima lamentablemente todavia no sale en blu-ray nacional).
Tambien recomiendo mucho la de Silencio en el Lago (Eden Lake) que si bien no es de terror si es bastante apta para las fechas.

Mi primer contacto, que recuerde, con el género de terror (mi fávorito) fue con Poltergeist, la vi en la tele de seguro en canal 5 muy peque, entonces conocida como "Juegos Diabólicos" bah :?
La vi con aquella impresión boqui-abierta, me impactó muchísimo y en las escenas más intensas literalmente tenía la boca abierta viéndolas, ¿cómo lo recuerdo? porque una tía me estaba echando carrila de "mira como lo tiene, con la boca abierta." Por supuesto el BD en digibook figura en mi colección.
La verdad no creo en eso del halloween, pero para agarrar cura en este "mes del terror" (permítanme llamarle así mejor), estaría bien un maratonsillo de: Dominion, El Exorcista, Exorcista II y III. Otro de The Omen, Damian y The Final Conflict.
Otras que recientemente he visto en BD y son muy buenas: Silent Hill, Insidious y The Walking Dead.
Y unas que tengo pendientes y quiero ver: The Evil Dead, The Hills Have Eyes (remake), Let the right one in, Let me in, The Mist, Mimic Director's Cut, Devil.

Yo no recuerdo cual fue mi primer pelicula de terror pero de las que tengo buenos recuerdos en mi juventud son: IT, Pet Sematary, The Evil Dead, Amityville II y A Nightmare on Elm Street. La de el Exorcista la vi hasta que hicieron el Director's Cut y tambien me gusto mucho a pesar de no haberla visto en su epoca.
