Artisan has sent over details on Rambo: Ultimate Edition Collection which features new editions of First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II, and Rambo III. The three-disc set will be available in special collectible eye-catching foil packaging from the 23rd November this year. The retail price should be set at around $44.98 in total. Additionally, the First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II, and Rambo III Ultimate Edition DVDs will also be available individually for only $19.98 each. All three discs feature 2.35:1 aspect ratios, 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround and Portable Media Center Editions of the film. First Blood includes a never-before-seen suicide ending and the first ever Rambo commentary by Sylvester Stallone. Rambo III on the other hand, will include a selection of deleted scenes. The DVD set also features Survival Mode, a suite of enhanced viewing capabilities. Survival Mode marks the debut of MetaVision, a breakthrough in video-based storytelling that enhances the DVD experience in the movie itself, making a deeper connection to the story than traditional bonus content. Alternate playback pathways give the user control over how the bonus content unfolds during the films. The industry-first MetaVision features are set to include:


MetaVision: Survival Mode - Military equipment modernization accessed while viewing the movie. Users will activate Survival Mode (a set of MetaMenus) to access a set of tools to enhance their viewing capabilities.

MetaSight - Precision laser-guided targeting for seeing the enemy and other threats even before Rambo does. Appears as crosshairs that zoom into a target with laser pointer spot appearing on target. LLegarán a R4?? ya que solo vi las versiones de la primera edicion.. que venían en 2.0 y sin remasterizar...

Yo me quedo con mi caja de 4 discos

yo solo tengo la de First blood, en la primer versión que salió..

quise hacer el upgrade a la edición especial... pero no se dio.

Aver como viene esta nueva, espero que el transfer sea el mismo, ya uqe según supe estaba de lujo el video.

Y aver si la sacan en R4, ya que de seguro R4 serámas barata.

Pues ojalá que le cambien el empaque porque yo le traje un set a un amigo y la caja de lata raya el paquete con las películas. Aparte no era tan atractivo.

A ver si ahora le entro a esta.

Las imágenes ya estan en Amazon, pero no se menciona el tipo de empaque

Yo me quedo con la version anterior. Ojala salga con mejor empaque, ya que con el anterior, hubo muchas quejas de que los discos llegaban sueltos y por lo mismo, rayado.
