On May 22, 2007, Warner Home Video will release The Ultimate Matrix Collection and The Complete Matrix Trilogy on HD DVD. Both collections will contain the three films, while the Ultimate Matrix Collection will also boast 35-plus hours of extra features. While no date has been set on the Blu-ray releases, they will be coming later in the year. The Ultimate Matrix Collection will be available for the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) of $119.99, while the Trilogy will run for the MSRP of $99.99.
