Yo uso el ConvertXToDVD, un programa excelente con el cual puedes generar tus DVDs con soporte para múltiples subtítulos (ssa, srt, sub, etc.), múltiples pistas de audio, etc.
No solo convierte de archivos AVI, soporta todos los formatos populares de video.
