John Woo's war epic gets even longer with a new Director's Cut.

February 24, 2003 - In a puzzling move, MGM has announced a three-disc Director's Cut of Windtalkers for release on May 20th. This version of the movie will include roughly twenty minutes of additional footage, 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen, and a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack.
