¿Es Normal Que Tarde Tanto?

ya me van a enviar otro pedido, pero me dijeron que es posible que tenga que pagar aduana ¿alguien sabe que tengo que hacer si tengo que pagar impuestos? ¿quien me va a informar si tengo que pagar impuestos, la aduana, como me va acontactar? que desmadre, esto es lo que me dijo amazon respecto al impuesto ya que el peido extraviado no llego a los 50 dls. por el share pero el nuevo si se pasa de los 50 usd:
