Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com.
I am sorry to hear that your replacement shipment has also
experienced a delivery problem to the following shipping address:
Miguel Angel Estrada
XXXX no. XX
Cuernavaca, Morelos, México
As two attempts to deliver a package to this address have been
unsuccessful, I hesitate to send you another replacement.
Instead, I have requested a refund of $48.72 to cover the cost of the
original shipment. This refund should go through within 2-3 business
days and will appear as a credit on your next credit card billing
statement.
If you'd still like to purchase the item, you could place a new order
using a different shipping address.
In addition to our large selection, one of the benefits we'd like to
offer our customers is convenience, and I realize that we have not
met that standard in this case. Please accept my sincere apologies.
We appreciate your business, and would like to give you a $5.00
promotional certificate for use toward your next Amazon.com order.
When you redeem this certificate, please be sure to use the shopping
cart rather than ordering via 1-Click.
If either of the original package or the replacement package arrive,
please let us know at http://www.amazon.com/contact-us so that we may
take appropriate action.
We value your business and hope that you will continue to consider
Amazon.com for your online shopping needs.
HERE'S YOUR PROMOTIONAL CERTIFICATE:
Amount: $5.00
Claim code (YOU'LL NEED THIS WHEN ORDERING!):
XXX-XXXX-XXXX
Expiration date: Sun Jun 26 23:59:59 2005
Lo cual me parece lamentable pues es un indicativo de que ya no confian en mi dirección..... como ya lo explique en un post anterior.... esta situación de paquetes perdidos cada vez se está volviendo más preocupante.... y para muestra este mail de Amazon...
