De hecho yo le acabo de regalar a mi hermano para su boda el Sony DVP-NS50P que compre en Sams Club por 1150 pesos y la verdad es una excelente compra, y es multiregion y toca practicamente todo.

Esto lo encontre en avsforum.com sobre este reproductor (disculpas por el ingles, si necesitan traduccion me la aviento):

I would highly recommend the new Sony DVP-NS50P 480p dvd player. It is basically a Sony 775 without optical output as far as I can tell. I bought two of them at Crutchfield for only $80 ea. I compared them to my Panasonic S97s on my HD RPTV and I actually preferred the PQ of the Sony NS50P better then the Panasonic S97 for both commercial movies and my minidv home dvds.
