Upon successful completion of the Share & Claim action, a $5 Amazon credit will be automatically applied to your Amazon account. Promotional credits must be redeemed by 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2013. Limit one promotional credit per customer

If your promo gift money is missing:

Do CSR chat. Tell them you got in on for $5 Ford Credit but at checkout its no longer showing up. They can check on this.

They will re-issue you the free $5 promotional credit.
