gracias por sus comentarios, en estos dias estamos en tramites con el banco para ver que se puede hacer, hasta el momento nos informan que afortunadamente solamente se realizo el cargo de la gasolina por mas de 50 dls, el otro cargo afortunadamente no fue aceptado ya que el banco se dio cuenta a tiempo del fraude, esperamos tener noticias del banco para saber que procedimientos seguir, por otro lado ya estuve checando y estoy casi seguro de que los responsables fueron los contactos de amazon que me vendieron el disco ya que llevo mas de 2 años comprando en amazon y no habia tenido nigun problema hasta ahora y no creo que sea casualidad, ya contacte a amazon acerca de esta situacion y dicen que segun van a investigar, tambien contacte a la persona que me vendio el cd y segun ellos se defienden de que no tienen acceso a mi numero de tarjeta pero yo creo que si tuvieron acceso el algun momento despues de que realize mi compra, como sea, estoy en contacto con amazon via email para hacerles saber que no hay error de mi parte y que de alguna forma ellos tienen que hacer algo para investigar que sucedio ya que este fraude es un delito grave, este es parte de uno de los mails que les he enviado:
Hello again, I’m sending you this new mail to let you know about my current situation, as I let you know in my last mail, I have a problem with the credit card I used to purchase an item at the amazon market place, last october 9 I bought a CD at the amazon market place with order number: XXXXXXXX, there was a charge to my credit card for $ 15.46 USD. After this transaction, I didn’t use this credit card again, this credit card is not registered in any other website and nobody has access to it except myself, yesterday monday october 23rd, I received a phone call from my bank telling me that this credit card was beeing charged for more than $ 600 USD. For purchases made inside the US, that’s why I’m contacting you, I haven’t been in the US and certainly I didn’t purchase that amount in US stores, seems like someone somehow stole, hack or clone my credit card and use it to make purchases in the US, I would like to make clear that this 600 bucks were not use to purchase at amazon, it seems, apperantly that maybe somebody hacked my amazon account or maybe the amazon system I don’t know, I would like to let you know that nobody has access to my amazon account but me and I only access to my account from my personal computer and I never go tu public places or cybercafes to access my private accounts, as you can imagine I’m very worried because I’ve been shopping at amazon for more than two years and I never had a problem until now, my bank is helping me to trace or find the transactions made apperently with my credit card but without my permission or concern, I really would like you to be aware of this situation because I believe is a serious matter, perhaps you can check my amazon account in order to find any irregularity, as you can imagine I’m very dissapointed about this unfortunate situation and I’m thinking that I should stop shopping at Amazon.com because as you can imagine is not safe for me anymore, maybe for you this means nothing but it matters a lot to me, I hope you can try to find if something went wrong with my amazon account, I’m sure that you agree that cloning cards is a crime and the people who do this acts should be punish according to the law, I hope that my comment would be helpful and I would like to thank you for your time and comprehension have a nice day.
