Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will bring Shame to Blu-ray this April. The second theatrical collaboration between director Steve McQueen (Hunger) and star Michael Fassbender (X-Men: First Class), this intense character study focuses on Fassbender's Brandon, a successful New York City executive in the grasp of sexual addiction.
Desperate to maintain a normal façade, Brandon finds his struggle threatened by the sudden reemergence of his younger sister (Carey Mulligan, Never Let Me Go), whose own dysfunctions and compulsions put Brandon on unsteady emotional territory.
Fox's Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack presents the film in its 2.39:1 original aspect ratio with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. The disc also has a number of supplementary materials, including:
Two Focus on featurettes:
- Michael Fassbender
