This message is to let you know I've just received my order (XXX-XXX) and I have a problem with the Lord of the Rings The Two Towers Special Extended Edition DVD, the discs 1 and 4 were loose inside the package and have scratches all over them. I don't know what to do, but I'd like to have my discs replaced, what do we have to do now?

Lo modifiqué ligeramente, pero en escencia dice lo mismo, que tu disco de las dos torres viene dañado y que quieres un reemplazo, les echas la pelota preguntandoles ¿que podemos hacer?.
